OE Proof of Purchase

Max. file size: 256 MB.

If tires are original Equipment, OE proof of purchase of the machine is required. If they came OE and the documentation is not provided, the proration credit is based upon the date the tire was manufactured. SUBMIT 1 PROOF OF PURCHAE TYPE. EITHER THE OE OR THE AFTERMARKET.

After Market Proof of Purchase
