Combine Wheel Solutions
Combine
Dual Wheel
Solution.
A purpose-built dual wheel system for current-generation combines — engineered to end the cycle of broken bolts and cracked inner duals.
Why OEM Wheels Fail.
Current-generation combines are known for wheel bolts breaking and cracking on the dual wheel. Operators lose uptime, lose bolts, and eventually lose the wheel itself.
Wheel bolts break.
Repeated stress and clamp-load loss lead to bolt fatigue and snapped studs in the field — often during the worst possible moment of harvest.
Torque does not hold.
Bolts fail to retain their specified torque as intended — the root cause of most hardware failures on OEM dual wheel configurations.
Inner dual wheels crack.
The inner dual wheel sees the highest cyclic loading and is prone to structural cracking, leading to costly replacement.

A Re-Engineered
Dual Wheel System.
An engineered dual wheel system that resolves the issues with OEM wheels — using a hub adapter to expand the bolt circle from 335 mm to 470 mm, with coarse-thread hardware sized for field-friendly installation.
How it works.
The hub adapter bolts onto the axle using factory M22 fine-thread hardware — no axle modifications required. The expanded 470 mm bolt circle spreads the clamp load across a wider pattern for better retention under cyclic loading.
M24 coarse-thread hardware secures the wheels to the adapter. Coarse threads resist galling and cross-threading — critical when installing in dusty, dirty field conditions. Specified torque drops from 750 lb-ft to 600 lb-ft, achievable with common shop and service truck tooling.
Field-installed.
The complete system installs on the existing axle without modification. The adapter pictured here is shown mounted to the OEM hub, with the dual wheel assembly ready to be torqued into place using the new M24 hardware.
Hub adapter → spacer segments → tapered spacer → dual wheels. Engineered drawings for each component are provided in the technical drawings section below.
Key Engineering Details
Hub adapter increases the bolt circle from the OEM 335 mm to 470 mm, distributing load across a wider pattern.
Adapter mounts to the axle using factory M22 fine-thread hardware. No axle modifications.
Coarse-thread wheel bolts resist galling and cross-threading — built for dusty, dirty conditions.
Lower torque spec installs with common shop and service truck tooling — no specialized equipment needed.
Tested. Proven. Working.
The dual wheel system has been laboratory and field proven — on the toughest harvest platforms in commercial operation today.
Lab-Tested Life Comparison
Where The System Is Working
Hillside Combines
Field-proven on high-capacity hillside combines where wheel loading is among the most severe in agriculture.
Air Seeders
Deployed on large air seeders requiring robust dual wheel configurations for heavy implement loads.
Grain Carts
In commercial operation on grain carts where peak harvest loads test wheel hardware to the limit.
