How the Foam Fill Service Works
McCarthy Tire performs foam fill in our shops or, for larger casings, at customer yards through our mobile service program. The process is engineered to put zero stress on the tire and casing.

Inspection
Casing inspected for cuts, separations, and bead integrity. Fill is only performed on suitable casings.

Preparation
Tire mounted on rim, fitment confirmed, and fill volume calculated by tire dimensions.

Two-part TyrFil pumped through the valve stem (or sidewall port on larger casings). Air is displaced.
