Future growth will be driven by strategic acquisitions inside and outside the company’s existing territory, expansion of mobile mechanical services, and growth through adjacent service offerings. This positions McCarthy Tire to serve as a full-service fleet provider, combining technical expertise, broad service coverage, and cutting-edge technology to get customers back on the road fast.
The company also reaffirmed its commitment to safe operations, talent development, and a culture where teammates go home as healthy as they arrived. Leadership emphasized that attracting and retaining the industry’s top talent is central to being the best fleet service provider in the country.
Centennial Celebrations Across All Locations
In addition to the Wilkes-Barre leadership summit, McCarthy Tire’s 100th anniversary celebrations extend to every corner of the company.
