Every driver wants something different—and Firestone is prepared to give it to them.

    Firestone became the original equipment supplier to Ford Motor Company for the Model T in 1906, and they continued producing tires for the replacement market, which kept the business growing until 1988. In 1988, Firestone was purchased by Bridgestone Tire Company, and is still owned by Bridgestone today.
